So we have Mr. Knightly, a bastard son of a Lord, who has being successful in life and has more money that some of the Ton. He has something to prove and nothing will stand against him getting it. Not when what he wants is just within his grasp.

Then we have Miss Anabelle, who has being in love with Derek since the first moment she laid eyes on him. But as she is a shy and introverted young woman she has to step up in the game of love to be noticed. Before it is too late.

This book made me laugh as we see to what extents Anabelle goes to get Knightly to noticed it. I hate that B$^%& of a sister-in-law and the old "lady" neighbor. And that bedroom scene? OMG I didn't think she was going to go with it! Goes to show you that the quiet ones are who you ought to look for.

It was a really good book and I can wait to read more.
