Vacation is peeking around the corner…
July 19, 2010
I’m about to head out to San Diego for Comic Con. I don’t know what I’m more excited about – the panel with JJ Abrams and Joss Whedon, or the Dr Horrible sing-along. Be sure to follow me on Twitter for insightful observations in 140 characters or less…or here for more in depth fangirl raves. Be assured that if there is a photo op with Nathan Fillion, I’ll be all over him it.
In the meantime, I’m in need of reading material for my 6 hour plane ride. I already have an early copy of Eloisa James’ A Kiss at Midnight that I snagged from Carrie Feron’s office when she wasn’t looking. I also have Christopher Moore’s Lamb that May Chen highly recommends. And Pamela Palmer’s Rapture Untamed. What other books should I be packing?

I’ve already read BORN TO BITE, Amy, but good choice! And I’m about halfway done with Magic Bites, Kate.

If you can get a copy of Lynsay Sand’s “Born to Bite” take it along … it will make the time fly by (no pun intended)!!
IF you do get a photo op with Nathan, please give him a big hug from all his ‘Castle’ fans … I’m so jealous! Have a great time and be safe on your journey. Happy Reading!
p.s. if you’d requested my manuscript, you would’ve had a great story to wile away the time. ; ) -

Have fun! I’m so jealous. I think you should check out Ilona Andrews if you haven’t already. She’s amazing.

Have you already read Firefly: Still Flying? Among the fangirl stuff it also has four new stories from the show’s writers–just ordered it myself!
